OnlyHomeTours uses Google Firebase Authentication to verify your Google account. We receive your account identifier, verified email, and available profile name. OnlyHomeTours does not receive your Google password.
The portal stores your membership name, email, optional brokerage and license number, access expiration, and browser-session information in Google Cloud Firestore. Your browser stores Firebase sign-in information and a secure session cookie called __session. These are used to maintain sign-in, enforce individual membership access, and manage up to two active browsers.
Jorge manages membership access and community records. Agent views exclude private staff notes. Account and request records also support security controls; Google Firebase and Google Cloud process hosting and authentication requests. No advertising or analytics SDK is included in this portal.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. During checkout, the portal shares the signed-in user’s email, name, and account identifier with Stripe and stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, status, and paid-period dates in Firebase. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored by OnlyHomeTours. A successful subscription payment unlocks access for a signed-in agent. Subscriptions cost $19.99 USD per agent per month. Agents can manage payment methods and cancel future renewals in the Stripe customer portal.
Signing out removes this browser’s portal session. Revoking membership disables access but does not automatically delete the membership record. To request correction or deletion of your account records, contact Jorge at itsjorge.1996@gmail.com or 559-869-9520. Deleting a membership does not cancel Stripe billing; cancel future renewals through Manage subscription first. Payment records may be retained for accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations.
